Alsfonso Soriano hit a dramatic 2 run HR in the top of the 8th to give the Cubs an emotional 3-2 win over the fading Cardinals.  Ted Lilly was good for 6 innings and the bullpen of Wood, Marmol, and Dempster was perfect in finishing it off.

The nightcap didn't go as well with the Cubs falling 4-3 and losing an early 3-0 lead.
